Nokia and Microsoft Unite in Real Term

Nokia is regarded as such a Phone maker with high standard and for general public. The feature Nokia Mobile Phones provides long term efficiency to its users.  Nokia also deals in manufacturing of Smartphones with high and low specs. But a sad news for Nokia fans is that Nokia is going to surrender its rights as current Mobile Company, as Microsoft has made a deal with Nokia Corporation to purchase Nokia Mobile Company.

The deal entitled current Nokia stakeholders to earn $7.1 Billion, while the deal will make Microsoft as World’s second largest Mobile Manufacturing Company. So ready for not seeing Nokia made Smartphone again.

The brand will remain as a separate company along with a board of members, while Microsoft will reduce the work force and labor as well. The company will retain the same name as it has now i.e. Nokia.

The American Based Microsoft has acquired the rights to Asha (a low end Smartphone Series), Lumia (a mid range and high range Smartphone Series) and Nokia X as well. Microsoft is planning to use “Microsoft Mobile” instead of Nokia on all alliance’s future devices, interesting to see what level of success Microsoft can get with that name.

The deal between Nokia and Microsoft include transfer of 25,000 Employees from Nokia to Microsoft. The deal didn’t include Nokia’s assembling plants in South Korean and India, that cause delay followed by several rumors.
