Mosque Roof Caves in near Daroghawala Lahore

In a deadly incident near Daroghwala Lahore, at least worshipers killed and several others injured as mosque roof caves in due to heavy rain. Death toll is likely to arise. The incident held when last day, about 30-40 worshipers were saying Zuhr prayers in Jamia Hanfia Mosque situated in Main Doraghawala Bazar.

The tower of the mosque fall on second roof of mosque and first floor roof came down to ground floor roof which further came down to worshipers. Local people came instantly to provide assistance, while Rescue 1122 also reached to start rescue operation.

Hundreds of Thousands of People reached the congested, resulted in problems to move heavy machinery. Rescue 1122, Police, Government Officials and political workers reached the aid the rescue operation.

CM Punjab also made a visit to site and monitor rescue operation. He announced financial assistance of 5 Lac to the family members of died persons.
