Ireland beat Zimbabwe by 5 runs in last over. Zimbabwe was required 26 runs from last two overs. Mupariwa’s two 4s and a 6 helped Zimbabwe to enter into final over of match with 7 runs for win. Cusack took the ball for final over and first picked Chakabva on very first ball and then took Mupariwa on 3^rd ball to win remarkable victory.

William and Joyce added 63 runs for 2^nd wicket, however Ed Joyce and Andrew Balbirnie put 138 runs 3^rd wicket partnership. Ed Joyce was out after scoring 112 runs.

Andrew Balbirnie was second top scorer from his side with 97 runs, however he couldn’t convert his master class innings into three figure innings as he was run out by Chakabva. Wilson (25) and K O’Brine (24) was other top scorers for Ireland.
